Dr. John Lucas brings over 25 years of biopharma experience. He is co-founder of Rallidae Therapeutics and former CEO of Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies. With a background spanning executive legal and business roles, he holds a JD, PhD in molecular genetics, and a Master’s in microbiology.

Dr. Kazimierz (Kazik) Wisniewski is a medicinal chemist with 30 years in pharma, specializing in peptides. Formerly at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, he discovered multiple clinical candidates, including OCE-205, merotocin, and apraglutide. He is cofounder and Chief Chemistry Officer of Rallidae Therapeutics.
