Dr. Ed Cable is a scientist focused on the molecular mechanisms driving disease progression. His work spans metabolic disease, hepatology, renal physiology, and translational drug development, with an emphasis on systems biology. At Rallidae, he develops selective V1a receptor therapeutics for advanced liver disease.

Chief Operating Officer, PhD
Dr. Glenn Croston is a PhD biologist, drug hunter and entrepreneur, bringing science and business together to deliver real results across 30 years of experience, from idea stage to two approved drugs, working across a broad range of therapeutic areas, modalities, and companies.
John Lucas
General Counsel, JD, PhD
Dr. John Lucas brings over 25 years of biopharma experience. He is co-founder of Rallidae Therapeutics and former CEO of Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies. With a background spanning executive legal and business roles, he holds a JD, PhD in molecular genetics, and a Master’s in microbiology.
Kazimierz Wisniewski
Chief Scientific Officer, PhD
Dr. Kazimierz (Kazik) Wisniewski is a medicinal chemist with 30 years in pharma, specializing in peptides. Formerly at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, he discovered multiple clinical candidates, including OCE-205, merotocin, and apraglutide. He is cofounder and Chief Chemistry Officer of Rallidae Therapeutics.

Clinical & Business Operations
Jaidyn Nguyen brings almost two decades of biopharma experience with a 360° perspective, spanning early clinical development strategy through site-level execution. Her work across Phase I–IV trials has given her a deep understanding of operational complexity, vendor ecosystems, and realities of program level execution on the ground.
